Uncertainty = Unknown

Don't fear the unknown in your organization.
The unknown is a gift.

The unknown is an opportunity created by the collaboration between your team's potential and the market's demands.
In the unknown, you discover what your team is truly capable of. You break through to a new level of performance and you expand your capacity.
All the innovations you're looking for. All the solutions you're searching for. All the capabilities and opportunities you're not even aware of can only arrive when you expand that capacity. You can only expand capacity when you enter the unknown.
When you step into that zone—and if you're in it now—whether you have market challenges and it's painful, or organizational struggles and it's painful, what I want you to do is stop fighting the problems, the doubts, and beating up the organization, the market, or the team for having these challenges. These challenges were given to you, and do not perceive them as only negative. The more you begin to hate these challenges, the more energy you give them. What you focus on and give energy to grows.
I want you to say: "THANK YOU! We value our challenges, we value our obstacles, we value this situation we think is so difficult." Remember, you have successes in your organization because of the challenges you have overcome. Close the gap between doubts and uncertainty. Value the challenges. Value the space. Value the gaps. Value what's missing and CREATE.
